Grove Park Hospice Angel of the Month: Jennifer Gist-Barley
Jennifer Gist-Barley, LMSW/Hospice Social Worker, is Grove Park Pharmacy Hospice Care’s Angel of the Month! Jennifer goes above and beyond to provide care, support and compassion for our patients and their families. The families she serves love her and often express their gratitude and appreciation of her council as well as the assistance she provides with securing much needed resources for families. Jennifer is a fabulous social worker and we are very proud to have her on our Grove Park Hospice team!
